Asbestos Notice

In accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1987 (AHERA), a copy of the New York Mills U.F.S.D. Building Inspection Report and Management Plan is available for review from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday or by appointment. Please contact The District Office if you need to set up an appointment or if you have any questions.

Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES performed an asbestos surveillance in the fall of 2020. The next asbestos surveillance inspection will be completed in the Spring of 2021.
