Although this is his first year with his own classroom, Mr. Rehm has already established himself as a dedicated mentor to students across all grade levels. He actively makes his presence known throughout the building and volunteers to coach any program that needs support.

Becoming a certified third grade teacher this past year was a significant personal achievement for Mr. Rehm, especially securing a job in New York Mills where he had been subbing for three years. The students and staff have become an important part of his life, and he is truly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing here.

Mr. Rehm's commitment extends far beyond the classroom. "My passion for this community runs deep," he says. He actively engages in everything he can — from going to the students’ games outside of school and assisting in the classroom to supporting the Mills Little League program — all to help nurture and grow the game of baseball in this close-knit community.

Mr. Rehm's dedication is already creating a noticeably positive school environment. He is proud that many students and parents have shared with him how much they enjoy coming to school, knowing he is making a positive impact and continuing to make learning fun and enjoyable.
