Band and Chorus Members Receive Awards at Music in the Parks Festival

Congratulations to the band and chorus members that performed Saturday, May 20 at the Music in the Parks Festival at Six Flags New England. Two of our musicians were awarded highest honors for their performances!

Liam Mahardy won best accompanist for his piano accompaniment for the chorus, and Samuel Greene-Spradley won best vocal solo for the festival. Along with the top awards both groups received in their categories, our school won the biggest award of the competition! Our band and chorus won the Esprit De Corps Award, which is given to only one school out of the entire festival for being the most well-rounded, kindest, most loyal and most supportive of others at the festival and throughout the day. Bravo!
