Elementary Students Shine in “Annie Jr.” Production

On May 2 and 3, students in grades 4–6 at New York Mills Elementary dazzled audiences with their performance of “Annie Jr.” at the high school auditorium.
Under the direction of Ms. Mary Ann DeBernardis, a talented cast and crew of 40 students brought the beloved adaptation of the Tony Award-winning musical “Annie” to life. Leading the production were sixth grader Makiah Valente as Annie, sixth grader Ariana Willey as Grace Farrell and fifth-grader Maksim Luiso as Mr. Warbucks.
Congratulations to the entire cast, crew and director on a truly outstanding performance! A special thanks to everyone who supported this wonderful production.
