New York Mills UFSD to Close Superintendent Search

After thoughtful and serious consideration, the New York Mills Union Free School District has decided to close the search for a new superintendent at this time.

The Board of Education will take some time to reflect on the process and they anticipate re-opening the search in the fall of 2022. The Board plans to secure an interim superintendent of schools to lead the District upon the retirement of Dr. Joanne Shelmidine.
