1.      Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010 (shortcut on desktop/start menu)

2.      Click Calendar

3.      Right-click on My Calendars, mouse over Add Calendar, and select From Address Book

4.      From the drop-down menu select All Equipment

5.      Select the asset you wish to view and click Calendar to add it to the calendar field and then click Ok

6.       The selected asset’s calendar will now appear under My Calendars and can be toggled on/off by clicking the checkbox
