Home Use Program

As part of our Microsoft EES Licensing agreement we are now able to offer district faculty/staff the ability to purchase a full version of Microsoft Office (over $600 worth of retail software!) for home use for only $9.95. 

Pre-requisites: 
You must be a current full-time employee of the district.
You must have a New York Mills email account.

How to purchase:
Please fill out the Form (click here) to sign up.  After signing up (if eligible) you will receive an email from hup@newyorkmills.org within 24-48 hours, with instructions and a unique code.

Please review the FAQ (click here) before signing up.  As detailed in the FAQ, the New York Mills Technology Department will not be providing technical support for non-district computers.

To ensure that we remain within the limitations of our licensing agreement, records will be kept of those who have signed up and purchased through this program.

New York Mills UFSD Terms & Conditions

1. Support. Due to the overwhelming number of variables in home computer environments, the New York Mills UFSD Technology Department / Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES is unable to provide any technical support or assistance for any software installed on personal computers.  No technical support via phone, email, or otherwise will be provided for the Home Use Program.  This includes personal laptops brought to school.

2. Limitation of Liability. The New York Mills UFSD Technology Department / Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files, or for any failure, delay in performance, or damages resulting from software purchased through the Microsoft Home Use Program.
