Web Help Desk
The Web Help Desk can be reached via a shortcut on your desktop. In addition to the shortcut, you can still access the site via the link on the district website, or by visiting http://helpdesk.newyorkmills.org directly. Please utilize the Web Help Desk to submit and track the status of any technical issues you may have.
Submitting a Help Request (Ticket)
- Navigate to the Web Help Desk (http://helpdesk.newyorkmills.org) in your web browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
- Log in using your email address and the password you selected when creating your account*
- Make the appropriate selections from the drop-down menus provided, enter appropriate information in all required text fields, and click “Save”
*If you have forgotten your password, utilize the “Forgot Password” button
Tip: You can track the status of your ticket by logging into Web Help Desk and clicking the “History” button
