Web Help Desk

The Web Help Desk can be reached via a shortcut on your desktop. In addition to the shortcut, you can still access the site via the link on the district website, or by visiting http://helpdesk.newyorkmills.org directly.  Please utilize the Web Help Desk to submit and track the status of any technical issues you may have.

Submitting a Help Request (Ticket)

  1. Navigate to the Web Help Desk in your web browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
  2. Log in using your email address and the password you selected when creating your account*
  3. Make the appropriate selections from the drop-down menus provided, enter appropriate information in all required text fields, and click “Save”
*If you have forgotten your password, utilize the “Forgot Password” button 


 

 Tip: You can track the status of your ticket by logging into Web Help Desk and clicking the “History” button
